Settlement Provisions
The operative provisions in the Stipulated Consent Judgment are:
- DermaRite has agreed to refrain from using Ferris' marks, and the marks "PolyFoam" and "Pink Foam Wound Dressing."
- DermaRite has agreed to refrain from marketing a wound care dressing which has a pink coloring present throughout both the interior and exterior of the product.
