Dr. Roger Sessions, D.O., Chairman and CEO
Dr. Roger Sessions brings decades of experience in patient care to Ferris Mfg. Corp. Prior to Ferris, Roger served in key leadership positions in a number of medical institutions across the United States. He was director of the North Texas Medical Center, served as an adjunct professor at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, as an athletic director, and as a football coach.
Today, Roger stays immersed in healing as a staff physician at Baylor Regional Medical Center in Grapevine, Texas; as the assistant director of Baylor Regional EMS; as a Diplomat in both the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American College of Forensic Examiners; and as a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. Roger is the nephew of Robert Sessions, the founder of Ferris Mfg. Corp.
James L. Arnold, Director and President
James Arnold is a seasoned executive leader who brings extensive experience to Ferris Mfg. Corp. Prior to joining the company in 2002, James was president and chief executive officer, Hadron, Inc., Fairfax, VA; executive vice president and general counsel, United Press International, Washington, DC; and executive vice president and general counsel, Financial News Network, New York, NY.
James received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, cum laude, from Georgetown University and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
James is a member of New York, Florida, Virginia, and District of Columbia bar associations, as well as a member of the American Bar Association.
Wilma L. Hardin , Vice President of Manufacturing
Willma Hardin brings 15 years of manufacturing experience to Ferris. Prior to her role as Vice President, Wilma was a Plant Manager at Ferris for 9 years, overseeing all areas of manufacturing for Ferris. Wilma also managed all ISO documents for the companies Quality Assurance compliance for 8 years.
Myron P. Troschuk, Vice President of U.S. Sales and Marketing
Myron Troschuk brings 19 years of medical sales and marketing experience to Ferris Mfg. Corp.; experience ranging from strategic planning and development, to new product launches, to start-ups and sales development.
Prior to joining Ferris, Myron held leadership positions with a Fortune 500 device manufacturer and several mid-size medical device companies in field training, strategic planning, sales management, and corporate accounts.
Myron has 13 years concentrated experience in device and disposable wound care technologies across all sites of care.
Myron received his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Leadership from National-Louis University.
Kjetil Moen, Regional Director Europe & Middle-East
Kjetil Moen joined Ferris Mfg. Corp. in March 2006 after having worked 10 years for Molnlycke Health Care, where he held leading positions within logistics and sales. He brings Ferris Mfg. Corp. a solid understanding of European and Middle-Eastern health care systems and business cultures.
Kjetil has several years of military officer training and experience. He holds an undergraduate degree in international business from the Norwegian School of Management and an MBA in finance from Indiana University - USA.
Mark Wiemers, Regional Director Australia/Asia & S.E.Asia
Mark Wiemers joined Ferris Mfg. Corp. in March 2007 after having worked 3 years for Molnlycke Health Care, where he held positions as within Sales and Logisitcs in Australia. Before this Mark was an Operating Room Department Manager both in Australia and the United Kingdom and was involved on state tender boards and product advisory committiees to goverment departments in Australia.
Mark was a very acomplished middle distance runner in his college years and holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Griffith University.
Paul Kay, Director of Manufacturing and Development
Paul Kay's broad business experience in the international medical and plastic products industries offers Ferris Mfg. Corp. solid expertise in product development, manufacturing and quality assurance. Prior to joining Ferris, Paul served as VP R&D for Wells Lamont Corporation, where he developed gloves for consumer, healthcare and industrial markets. While with Hollister Incorporated, he directed R&D and commercialization projects for wound care, ostomy, incontinence, and identification business areas. At Baxter International, Inc., Paul provided manufacturing and quality assurance engineering for artificial organ and intravenous solution product lines.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Technology Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Paul served on the Board of Directors of United States Fire Protection, Inc. for eleven years. He has been a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the Project Management Institute and the American Society for Quality. He has also been granted 7 US patents and international equivalents.
Clayton A. Kain, Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer
Clayton Kain offers Ferris Mfg. Corp. a wealth of solid financial expertise. Prior to joining Ferris, Clayton was the director and chief financial officer at Rodgers Engineering Corporation. Clayton has also manned the CFO post and other top executive positions for ARJO Inc., Spartus Home Furnishings, Inc., C.H. Holdings, Inc., as well as for Smith & Nephew's Medical Products Group. He has also served as president for the Solopak Laboratories Division of Smith & Nephew Medical Products Group.
Clayton received his Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics from the Illinois Institute of Technology and has an MBA with a major in finance.
John Newton, Global Director, Product & Market Management
John Newton brings almost two decades of valuable product management experience to Ferris Mfg. Corp., where he is responsible for coordinating new product development, efficacy testing, obtaining FDA approvals, and market analysis. Prior to joining Ferris, John conceptualized, created and launched products that resulted in $80+ million annual sales. In addition, he successfully launched six "new to the market" product concepts.
John has 11 U.S. patents and several foreign patents. Product categories developed include: Sharps Disposal, Personal Protection Equipment, Lab Processing Equipment, Oral Hygiene Systems, Urine and Fecal Collection and Testing Equipment. He has also obtained Pre-Market Approval (PMA) for an FDA Class III device.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
